Insole lasts
90 per cent of our insole lasts are made of wood and are used for the production of insoles and footbeds made of different materials. Among others, they serve the correction of false postures. We can make insole lasts either by selection from our catalogue or based on a prototype provided by our customer. The specification of our customer will be digitised and processed using CAD technology.
Our inlay molds are made of wood in 90 percent of cases and can either be selected from the catalog or manufactured according to a prototype provided by the customer. The customer's specification is then digitized and further processed using CAD technology.

Production
We offer a wide range of production methods. In consideration of price, delivery time and individuality, you decide which method is most suitable for your needs.
Surfaces
All products made of wood are available in one of the three surfaces crude, sharpened or polished. Products made of plastic or aluminium are only available with a crude surface.
Materials
Insole lasts can be made of wood, plastic or aluminium. We are happy to advise you on the advantages and disadvantages of each material as well as possible applications.
